Some loaded baked potatoes for an appetizer tonight.
The small pan is for the non-bacon eaters. The big pan is getting filling w/ bacon bits fried with some rye whiskey, & a maple glaze finish.

Russet potatoes , not Yukon gold potatoes. I prefer them.
